The ideal time to contact us for design services is in the planning stages (preconstruction). We are essential in space planning and organizing elements for design support. For example, laying out your kitchen to fit your specific needs, or space planning your business based on a newer practice of working. We are capable of jumping in mid construction, however, it is always better to plan ahead!
Depending on the project type and size, it can take anywhere from months to a year. The best advice we can give is to plan as much as you can ahead of construction, including selections for all elements in the project (finishes, lighting, appliances, furniture, etc.). Knowing your scope beforehand will give you a more accurate budget and keep the construction process efficient. This is a concept we strive for in every project.
More input, the better! Our goal is to create the ideal space for your life, which is unique to each client. Justine enjoys working with her clients during the process to ensure we are understanding your needs and preferences.
