This home renovation included updating finishes and furniture while using some of their existing pieces. Utilizing a mixture of styles, antique and contemporary pieces came together to give a dressy look without feeling too formal.

The kitchen renovation was minimal, replacing the island countertop, fresh paint and new lighting. New custom stair railing, fireplace stone surrounds and a richer stain on the existing pine floors enhanced the space. The formal living room was revitalized with a few new pieces of furniture and a mix of artwork.
