When you have repeat clients with a fabulous art collection, and trust in the designer to create the perfect space, the result is a phenomenal renovation. By taking a bedroom from the four-bedroom home and incorporating it to create a spacious primary suite, this allowed for a large walk-in closet, large shower, and spacious area to get ready for the day. Built-ins at the living room were updated to accommodate sculptures and artwork. The fireplace was wrapped in a veneer plaster to mimic suede leather, an homage to the couple’s love for textiles as they are in the clothing industry. Another special place in the home is the wine bar space. Once a closed in pantry, this area was opened to connect living, dining and the kitchen, as well as create an extra serving space when the couple entertains family and friends.
